purchased a Nissan Dualis from Nissan in July 2011, I had issues with my discs and break pads at 10,000.00 km onwards - Nissan covered machining of my discs under warranty, the problem was fixed short term 2 days, I was on a long distance drive I stopped off to make sure that my care was safe and ok to drive. one of Nissans Dealerships said yes and that it was the same pre exisiting problem (I Have in writting) I have been told now that it was not safe to drive out of the yard! and Nissan has refused applications from Kerry's Nissan Darwin to replace disc's and pads under warranty as a possible disc fault. Nissan Australia blame wear and tear?? yes if this is how well there new cars run would you buy one??????
